Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been packed, processed, or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number and purchase details.

If the cancellation request is approved, the order value will be issued as Store Credit, which can be redeemed on future purchases at Farah Saeed Couture.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Store Credit Policy

Farah Saeed Couture does not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.

Where a cancellation or return request is approved in accordance with this policy, the eligible amount will be issued as Store Credit.

Store Credit:

• Will be issued only for eligible cancellations or approved return requests.

• Will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

• Can be redeemed against future purchases on the Farah Saeed Couture website.

• Is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, bank transfer, or refunded to the original payment method.

• May be used in one or multiple transactions until the available balance is exhausted during its validity period.

• Will be issued after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected, where applicable.

Exchange Policy

We currently accept exchanges only under the following circumstances:

• You received an incorrect product.

• The item arrived damaged during transit.

• The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges, returns, or Store Credit for:

• Incorrect size selected while placing the order.

• Change of mind or personal preference.

• Minor colour variations resulting from photography, lighting, or screen settings.

• Natural handcrafted variations that are inherent to artisanal Chikankari and hand-finished products.

Return Procedure

If your order qualifies for an exchange or Store Credit:

1. Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the issue.

2. Include clear photographs or videos if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Store Credit Processing

Once the returned product has been received and successfully inspected, eligible Store Credit will be issued within 5–7 business days.

The Store Credit will be issued to the registered email address associated with your order and can be redeemed during checkout on future purchases within its 12-month validity period.

Non-Eligible Items

The following products are not eligible for exchanges, returns, or Store Credit:

• Customized or made-to-order products.

• Personalized items.

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, alteration, or normal wear after delivery.

• Products returned without original tags, packaging, or accompanying accessories.

• Products returned without prior approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or differs from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue promptly, kindly provide:

• Your order number.

• A brief description of the issue.

• Clear photographs or videos of the product and its packaging.

Upon verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or issue Store Credit, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.

Changes to This Policy

Farah Saeed Couture reserves the right to revise or update this Cancellation, Exchange & Store Credit Policy at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will become effective immediately upon being published on this page.
